What to include

To help us sort things out quickly, please include:

• Your order number (if it's about a purchase)
• The email address you used at checkout
• A clear description of what you need help with
• Photos, if you're reporting a damaged or faulty item

Common requests

• Order status / tracking: check the shipping confirmation email we sent you first — the tracking link is in there. If it's not updating, email us.
• Returns: see our Refund Policy for the process, then email us to start a return.
• Wrong or faulty item: email us within 30 days of delivery with photos.
• Press, wholesale, or partnership enquiries: email us with "Partnership" in the subject line.
